ToJa Sculpture ("we", "us") operates the website https://tojasculpture.com and provides custom sculpture manufacturing services. We are a sculpture factory located in Quyang County, Baoding, Hebei, China. For any privacy matter you can reach us at the e-mail listed below.

We only collect information you choose to send us: (1) Inquiry form data — your name, e-mail address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, project description and any reference drawings, photos or attachments you upload; (2) Technical data — standard web-server log records such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and statistics. We do not collect behavioral advertising data and we do not run advertising or tracking cookies.

3. How we use your information

Your information is used solely to: respond to your inquiry and prepare quotations; produce drawings, samples or shipments you request; keep records of projects for after-sales service; and comply with export or tax regulations where required. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

4. Legal basis for processing

For visitors from the EU/EEA and the UK, our legal basis is your consent (given when you submit the form) for answering inquiries, and our legitimate interest in operating, securing and improving the website. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

We share your information only with service providers strictly necessary to run this website and our business: our web hosting provider (Hostinger International Ltd.) which hosts the website and stores form submissions; our e-mail service provider which delivers notification e-mails of new inquiries; and freight forwarders or customs agents when a shipment requires it. These parties process data on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality.

6. International transfers

Our hosting and e-mail services may process data outside your country, including in the EU, the United States and Asia. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the standard contractual clauses for transfers of personal data.

Inquiry records are kept for up to 3 years so we can handle follow-up quotes and after-sales questions, unless you ask us to delete them earlier. Server logs are kept for a short technical period and then removed.
