How a Custom Sculpture Runs From Reference to Delivery

Reference, quote, 3D development, production and export packing — the full workflow behind a ToJa commission, step by step.

Every custom sculpture follows the same six steps in our factory.

Step 1 Reference: you send photos, a catalogue picture or a sketch. We confirm size, material and finish before we quote.

Step 2 Quotation: we reply with a price, a production lead time and a packing plan based on the delivery port.

Step 3 3D Development: clay or 3D modeling is approved by you before we build anything in metal or stone.

Step 4 Production: casting, welding, grinding and finishing run in a daily photo report so you can follow progress.

Step 5 Packing: export-ready wooden crates with custom foam fitting keep the surface safe through the longest ocean leg.

Step 6 Delivery: the crate ships with installation drawings and anchor points marked, so your local crew can position it the way we engineered it.

Planning a piece? Send us the size and site — we reply with material options, lead time and a packing plan.
